The 2 closest airports to Dahab are situated in Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada. Arriving in Sharm the hotel can arrange a taxi transfer to the hotel for you, which takes approximately one hour and costs 120LE per person, one way only. Flying to Hurghada you can catch a catamaran ferry (journey time 90 mins) from Hurghada to Sharm. The catamaran from Sharm to Hurghada runs 3 days a week (Mon, Thurs, Sat @ 1800hrs) and from Hurghada to Sharm it runs Mon (0500), Thur (0800) and Sat (0800). It costs $ US41 per person, one way only and must be paid in US$. Many guests also travel down from Cairo by bus, though this is a longer route and does involve many road check points. You can also arrive in Dahab via Jordan by taking a ferry ($US45 one way, per person) from Aqaba to Nuweiba in Egypt and then getting a bus direct to Dahab (runs twice a day) or you can simply get a taxi from Nuweiba to the hotel, which will cost you approximately 100LE per person.
